Working on some updates for my portfolio so giving special rates to those of you who come and play over Sept./Oct/Nov. in Belleville or Columbiaville. What I’m offering is to create the images you want at a special rate, in exchange for doing a few things for me for ads and/or illustrations for upcoming coloring book projects. Email with questions or to book a shoot:

Please consider sharing the post on FB and other social media.

Below is a list of images I’d like to create during the special:

Pageant ‘Fun Fashion’ ports with people who have amazing, fun, creative outfits and accessories — will post something soon to up the ante by offering a prize (how about a $250 gift certificate!) to the person who comes helps create the coolest image during Sept.-Nov., 2016. We’ll make it a FB contest and let the public decide! Request an afternoon session time so no one is coming in after you and we can play until we are out of ideas, energy, or both…lol! Dance heads & ports — need images of dancers of all ages, styles, and ability. Good time to get your DMA/DMM PR pix done at a great price while helping me get a few things done for my own ads/projects. Once I have 34-40 strong images, will publish the dance coloring collection. High key glamour/boudoir — I’d love to get a nice collection of samples done over fall — starting with high key setup (maybe a few simple props). The holiday season is upon us. This would be an awesome time to create something lovely for that special guy or gal. Be sure to ask for the afternoon spot for this type of shoot. Maternity — would love to do more of this type of work; just never think to pursue it. Check out the samples on the blog and if the timing is right for photographing your baby bump, let’s get together and create some memorable images. Victoria’s Secret – style angel/theme portraits. Need amazing wardrobe pieces and looking for someone to create wings and headpieces (high end looking).  If I get enough amazing images over time, considering this as a possible calendar project (really miss having an annual project that serves as a primary advertising  piece for the year). I also appreciate folks sharing links to beautiful wardrobe pieces and accessories. Absolutely request an afternoon session time. Commercial & editorial styled images created in high end loungerie, bra/panty sets, bustiers, etc.  Would love everything from playful, fun/themed outfits including leather and lace and everything in between. Open to suggestions. Want to play. Want a wide variety of looks and themes. Can show as little or as much skin as you are comfy with — as long as the looks are beautiful and sensual, without going beyond the bounds of good taste (I know, that’s subjective — so just show me what you have in mind and we’ll go from there…lol!). Request an afternoon session as these shoots tend to go long and I want to have time to play until I feel we’ve gotten all we can from our time together. And of course, anything you need done while the special rate applies: Competition/Audition/PR heads and ports, starter comp cards, etc.

Thanks for helping spread the word.

Hoping this special (along with the little prizes I’m offering along the way) will make it impossible for you to wait another moment to book a session and help create what I’m sure will be some awesome images for your portfolio and mine!

See you soon…

Whoo hoo!

Soooo excited.

Quite a learning curve for me learning the process for POD.

Now that I’ve gotten a handle on things, the “Affirmations for Kids” coloring book won’t be far behind.

Next step: Learning to market the book online and off (so much has changed in the market since I published my last book).

Wish me luck.

Would love to have a chance at getting the book out to major and local book and other stores.

Anyone with advice on marketing books, give me a holler at

Off to the next thing…

Whoo hoo!

After being hacked twice in 2015 (the second time last December, where we lost pretty much everything blog-related), I finally had someone who has a clue help rebuild the site and put some safeguards in place  that will prevent such a thing from happening again (fingers crossed). Will update pix as we go — for now, went with mostly old faves that were already formatted for blog use as well as a few new faves from recent shoots. So much to do to get everything I want to get done over summer before returning to what will surely be a wild and wacky schedule come fall (what’s new, eh? LOL!).

If you haven’t already subscribed to the blog (see blog contact page), definitely do so as this is the primary location for posting everything from photo shoot dates/locations to requests for interviews or sessions related to existing &/or upcoming book projects and articles, to the upcoming launch of the swimwear calendar project.

Soooo excited…stay tuned. There are some really fun adventures coming down the pipeline as I rework the old contest site to accommodate the swimwear calendar project, creating rules & prep sheets, & posting studio/location shoots to help models who need help creating the competition images they need for the 2017/2018 calendar project.

I’ll also keep you updated on local auditions and other industry-related events/information. I’ll be posting articles aimed at helping you &/or your kids launch or expand a career in the modeling/talent industry. This is also the place I will post client news — things like photogenic awards and other industry accomplishments.

With your help, this blog will become a wonderful source of information and inspiration for those of you who love photography &/or the modeling/talent industry. Email for questions, suggestions for articles, and industry-related news/awards.

Have a good one!
